Job Description

Responsibilities: • Align organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting sales resource planning, and budgeting. • Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment. • Segmentation of the market and select right one to target. • Formulate Yearly Sales Plan and budget. • Prepare sales target as per the yearly plan. • Evaluate the monthly sales performance of sales division and took action plan accordingly. • Responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of the entire sales operation of the company. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives • Establish and govern the performance management system. • Provides leadership to the organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior. • Lead organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change. • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: • Master’s degree in Marketing. Experience Requirements: • 10-12 year(s) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Head position. • Candidates from MNC will be preferable. Other Requirements: • The candidate must demonstrate a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in his managerial positions while growing and scaling a sales organization of a sizeable business.
