Job Description

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Prepare and maintain the daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Necessary alteration in maintenance schedule and decide the plant running to meet the situation.
  • To ensure plant utilization is above 85%.
  • Monitor the regular maintenance work.
  • To alter the schedule based on the situation and condition.
  • Follow up and maintain the critical and regular consumed spares.
  • According to the reorder level, spares should be indented.
  • Review the breakdown analysis reports with the subordinates.
  • Identify the root cause and eliminate the unwanted stoppages.
  • Arrange and follow up the major fabrication works from the out sourcing persons.
  • Arrange and finalize the work and schedule.
  • Arrange & follow up the scales, weigh bridge stamping and Inspection.
  • EB, other power and electrical inspectorate works follow up.
  • To finalize the work agreement and schedule.
  • Arrange and follow up the civil and painting works.
  • To meet the statutory needs.
  • Arrange the training programs monthly once / need basis for department staff with the help of Plant In-charge.
  • To select the area depending upon the needs.
  • Preparation of monthly reports and submitting to his reporting manager.
  • Processes follow up to improve the work efficiency.
  • Ensure the work satisfaction of all Mechanical, Electrical, Boiler Executives, control room operators, Hammer mill/pellet mill operators and Assistant.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Diploma /Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical engineering

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Operation & Maintenance, Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Production
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:Poultry

Job Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla.
  • Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
  • Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
