Job Description

  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, factories Act, and ILO convention relevant on RMG/Sweater sector in Bangladesh.
  • Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards, C-TPAT requirements & GSV status as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy of factory information used in the C-TPAT Audit process.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management to ensure compliance with current customs laws.
  • Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on Certification of SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, RS, FCCA, GSV, ICTI, C-TPAT, & ISO etc.
  • To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
  • Will assist in all kinds of Audit as per Buyer's COC and prepare documents accordingly on regular basis.
  • Reports to and supports the C-TPAT Project Administrator in the C-TPAT program
  • Monitor all CCTV cameras and access system.
  • Capable Training to security system and threat awareness programme
  • Develop Security, Packing Related person, Quality related person by providing information.
  • Keep all relevant documents always up to date to encounter any unannounced audit & Technical audit.
  • To make aware the employees about leave procedure, maternity benefits, working hour & over time system according to labour law.
  • Complete all work assigned by management.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Graduate/ Masters from any reputed College/ University

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years

Job Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • At least 2 years experience in Sweaters Factory.
  • Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
  • Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 (Amended 2013& Rules 2015), buyer compliance, Code of conduct and regulations of the country.
  • C-TPAT related various office order, notice, poster and committee.
  • Able and willing to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent command in English and in computer operation.
  • Should have strong leadership quality.
