█ HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ■ Ensure quality recruitment, transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work. ■ Ensure effective utilization of manpower by working with functional heads on a cross functional staffing system. ■ Establish and implement efficient systems and procedure to ensure prompt services and effective controls, including data/information and records etc. ■ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work ■ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues ■ Manage the leave & attendance of all employee. ■ Keeping the Hierarchy functional and Punctual ■ Creating long term HR plan and forecast ■ Help preparing incentive policy for sales force. █ ADMINISTRATIVE ■ Update all license, certificates, follow up hygienic issues ■ Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update ■ Ensure all Admin, HR & Compliance issue for associates factories. ■ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for all audits ■ Ensure safety & security of the factory. ■ This post is for the mother company - Ontel. Therefore the personnel will be responsible for all the concerns of the company.

Position Requirements

█ Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline PGD PM/ PGDHRM/ MBA in HRM/ LLB/ LLM will be given preference █ Experience Requirements: ■ 10 to 15 years of experience in HR department. Atleast 5 years of experience as HR manager ■ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ■ Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration from head office, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management ■ The applicants should MUST HAVE experience or knowledge in the following business area(s): ■ Mobile Phones , Telecom, Home appliances, Electronics, Cables, other import/export items █ Job Requirements: ■ Age 32 to 45 years ■ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015 ■ Powerful personality with strength of speech ■ Military Background will be given special preference ■ Excellent command in both written and spoken English ■ Good inter-personal & communication skills ■ Great team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented ■ Willing to walk the extra mile ■ Capacity to conduct all the tasks for the various concerns of the mother company.
