Job Description

  • Must be able to ensure quality, hygienic and safe food preparation
  • Must be able to prepare high standard Thai and Chinese food.
  • Ensure standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage
  • Ensure Food stock level are in accordance with restaurant occupancy function forecast.
  • Ensure proper food costing
  • Ensure teamwork and get the work done through friendly environment.
  • Be creative in food presentation with design and garnishing
  • Train up associate assistant chefs and cooks.
  • Be innovative in new food concept

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Diploma/ Professional certificate on Culinary (7-10 years)

Experience Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Thai Food, Chinese Food
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:Hotel, Restaurant
