Major responsibilities of IGA Implementation under MF Program will be as follows:
To supervise goat breeding farms;
To conduct/arrange training for the program participants;
To prepare reports as per management and donors requirement;
To undertake time to time visit to field and share feedback to management and respective staff;
To provide technical support to the program participants;
To supervise and monitor activities of the technical staffs of the program and also provide support & guide to them as required;
To provide analytical reports to respective supervisor (monthly/quarterly/when required);
To prepare and maintain related documents properly & safely;
To maintain good relation with respective government officials and other colleagues;
To maintain liaison with internal and external department for program related activities;
To provide cooperation to internal and external visitors;
Carry out any other tasks as may be considered necessary by RDRS management.
DVM/ B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry from any approved public university.
Age At most 35 years
Computer: knowledge on Microsoft Office Software Package;
Good Communication skills both in writing and speaking;
The incumbent must have valid driving license.
