The position is based in any union under any Upazila of Sylhet. Major job responsibilities of Community Mobilization/ Governance Field Facilitator (Suchana Project) will be as follows:
Planning & Organizing and implementation of all training related activities effectively;
Team building and mobilization of community and targeted stakeholders;
Develop training curriculum, Module, Guideline and orient field level staff for smooth implementation;
Ensure delivery of quality training/workshop/seminar to project beneficiaries;
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of all project resources;
Strengthening and enhancing project partnership image;
Organize and facilitate training/Refresher training/ Workshop/Group education by using BCC materials;
Awareness raising with community support group and community group at union level;
Awareness raising on nutrition and child rights;
Coordination and implementation of training related project activities among project partners;
Build-up functional relationship with GO/NGO/Local Government institute at Upazila & Union level (like Upazilla resources centre, other training center, expertise on training etc.);
Maintain liaison and linkage with field /Union Office staff and share experience, progress, problems with field Office management on regular basis;
Documentation, publication and Reporting in timely;
Regular communication with project main office and home organization;
Training Need Assessment;
Financial and material resources allocated are effectively managed, to ensure good governance and accountability.
Material resources procured are of good quality and are distributed appropriately to the right persons on time;
Maintain all relevant documents systematically for ensuring transparency and reference.
Educational Requirements: At least Bachelor degree (may be relaxed upto HSC level for experienced candidates in the relevant field).
Additional Job Requirements:
Age At most 40 years.
Candidates must have mentality to ride bicycle.
Candidates from Sylhet Division will be preferred.
