Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets. This will include, but is not limited to, advertising, program/promotions, and research. Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.
Market Analysis - provide consumption based data analysis for brand. Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics. Also, identify opportunities in markets with unmet needs.
Cost calculation for operation of the project and submitting necessary document to account department in time.
Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
Searching supplier for promotional products/ activities and maintain production and delivery.
Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales and build organization repute and brand.
Create specific brand objectives and monitor them regularly and ensure they are met.
Ensure sustainable growth for the brand.
Create attainable Sales Target for the sales team.
Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Develop promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements
Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
Build, develop and train the marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
Master's in Business Administration.
