The Recruitment and Employee Experience manager will be responsible for designing andimplementing a brand-new recruitment process and ensure a top-notch experience for allemployees at all levels. The manager sets recruitment measurement and distributes the jobvacancies across HR Recruiters. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring thatevery employee hired into Pathao is the right culture fit and design screening methodsaccordingly. This role will also own the end to end experience that every employee has fromwalking in to Pathao’s premises for their first time to making sure that all their needs are metfor them to stay fully motivated. This means providing outreach, consultation and support toa variety of groups and individuals.
