The Recruitment and Employee Experience manager will be responsible for designing andimplementing a brand-new recruitment process and ensure a top-notch experience for allemployees at all levels. The manager sets recruitment measurement and distributes the jobvacancies across HR Recruiters. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring thatevery employee hired into Pathao is the right culture fit and design screening methodsaccordingly. This role will also own the end to end experience that every employee has fromwalking in to Pathao’s premises for their first time to making sure that all their needs are metfor them to stay fully motivated. This means providing outreach, consultation and support toa variety of groups and individuals.

Position Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization(including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functionsin the organization
  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in theorganization) and leads
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  • Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
  • Reviews recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Regular interaction with employees and managers on a variety of topics; consult on all aspects of employee relations, feedback delivery, performance management, etc
  • Coach managers and supervisors; help refine leadership, people management andrecruitment skills
  • Conduct employee engagement interviews; provide anecdotal and hard data onemployee experiences; identify and track patterns/trends
  • Support employee onboarding and off-boarding experience; conduct aspects of New Hire Orientation; exit interviews
  • Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent manner
  • Promote a culture of open communication and feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or HR Consultant
  • A high standard of employee experience with relevant exposure to organisations with exceptional employee experience
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • A strong passion for developing employees and organisational culture
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Experience Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience doing recruitment for a well known company/companies, bonus if the person has any relevant external qualifications- Compensation: 60k to 150k depending on experience and fit
