Job Description / Responsibility

  • Preparing operation bulletin, layout etc.
  • Doing capacity study, method study, production study, line balancing etc.
  • Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
  • Non-productive time calculation.
  • Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation
  • Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring
  • Closely work with the production floor/ line management
  • Report to the superiors

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    B.Sc. in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Production
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:Garments

Job Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 28 years
  • Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
  • Should have experience in working with H&M order
  • Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
  • Work experience with buyer H&M will be given preference
