Job Description

  • Have to move all over bangladesh to conscientiously implement the corporate rules and regulations, strive to improve sales skills and ability.
  • Sales promoter recruitment, training and management.
  • Follow up the target; reach the sales target and terminal management Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Coordinate relationship among shops and sales promoter relationship with the shop. Develop instructional material for sales trainees.
  • Make promotion and growth plan for each sales promoter.
  • Make regional training system and plan and standardize management regionally.
  • Manage the temporary sales team, implement shop temporary plan.
  • Determines training needs by traveling with sales monitors/sales promoters; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
  • Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) with good academic background from any reputed university. Additional certification in training is a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates with high interpersonal and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
