Must have proper knowledge on modern method of production system & minimum 10/12 years working experience on same post of running a knit garments factory with yearly export turn over $ 70 million.
Highly motivated individual with pleasing personality to lead the production team to achieve company's object/target.
Indecently capable of handling production and planning to achieve revenue target.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Apparel Manufacturing process, Industrial engineering, production planning, MMR, Efficiency, SMV.
Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
To monitor production plan bring it in line with capacity & strength.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all style.
The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance
Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
Ensuring frequent communication with the in-house washing technical & operational team in order to ensure smooth shipment.
Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period. (Follow-up : Cut to Shipment)
Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
Provide the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all workers.
Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
To co-ordinate with Merchandising Department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
Masters / Graduate from any reputed institution.
