Minimum years of experience:
Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures with compliance of Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Act and ILO Convention relevant to RMG sector.
Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
Having knowledge about WRAP/ CTPAT/ SEDEX / BSCI/ ISO
Having knowledge regarding ACCORD Fire, Electrical & Structural CAP remediation process
Having knowledge about BEPZA instruction and Bangladesh labor law 2015
Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
Ensure factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards, Sedex, BSCI, WRAP & ISO as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
Monitor and update of all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
Ensure healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
Any other task assigned by higher authority.
MBA/ Masters in HRM from any reputed institution.
PGDHRM will get preference.
At least 5 years
