Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including answering phones, photocopying, scheduling meetings and interviews, and coordinating space requests.
  • Greet visitors and assists them in finding appropriate staff person and/or meeting space.
  • Assist staff in the maintenance, use and set-up of workroom and conference room equipment.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery.
  • Supports the coordination of activities with other staff, departments and division
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk.

Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Educational qualification: Honors Graduate, Masters will be given priority.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Smart and professional attitude and appearance.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Client management attitude.
