Job Description

• Working closely with all departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting management to understand and implement policies and procedures.

• To ensure benefits of workers by company as per ILO, EPZ laws & Local laws.

• To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit/ ISO Standard 9001 & 14001.

• Communicate with BEPZA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labour Federation etc.

• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.

• Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

• Preparation and issue of all documents related to recruitment, selection, employment, promotions and postings.

• Monitoring staff probation performance and development.

• Resolve queries of employees related to HR & IR policies & Processes.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    MBA in HRM or Masters in any Discipline with having PGDHRM/PGD Compliance.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Performance & Career Management

Job Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply.

• General HR, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct

• Candidates must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
