Job Description

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Ensuring human resources management practices in the workplace;
  • Contributing to manpower planning of all the departments, as and when required;
  • Preparing, updating, and implementing HR policies in the workplace;
  • Managing recruitment and selection ensuring chain of requirements of the system;
  • Maintaining updated job descriptions of the positions;
  • Managing appointment, induction, probation, etc.;
  • Planning and managing training and development programmes for the employees, as and when required;
  • Contributing to routine and annual performance management, and related improvement systems;
  • Reviewing and updating HR documents and records;
  • Maintaining liaison with other departments in connection with streamlining HR practices in the workplace.
  • Taking steps to help float a motivated air in the workplace;
  • Any other works that are considered as part of HR management;

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA in HRM or Master's Degree in any discipline from any reputed university/institute;
  • Having PGDHRM will be considered as an added advantage;

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Management's positions;
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Problem solving and decision making capabilities;
  • Self-motivated and independent performer;
  • Adeptness in all facets of HR functions;
  • Well conversant in labor law;
