Prepare, communicate & ensure all the Time & Action has been followed in order to ensure the production schedule.
Prepare monthly sewing line loading plan & planning board. Also update to merchandisers & relevant person to ensure availability of input
Daily & Weekly Target set up for all lines respected to shipment date (with the coordination of IE manager).
Regular overview the performance of each Production line to ensure that labor efficiency and volume targets are achieved in both the short and long term.
Identify the low efficient lines & immediately work with production manager & IE manager in order to find possible solution to make sure on time completion of the production schedule In case of failure need to escalate to the reporting senior for further decision.
Various reporting :
a) Daily variance report.
b) Weekly line performance report.
c) Monthly line performance report.
d) Monthly consolidation report etc.
MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
(Graduation on Garments/ Textile/ IE background will be preferable).
Additional Job Requirements:
Fluent English & Bangla, including strong English report writing skills.
Good command of MS software Products: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Works & Solves problems independently.
Thinks both logically, creativity & innovation skill.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel will be definite advantage.
