Job Description

  • Maintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of employees through HRIS
  • Provide necessary support to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees
  • Maintain all personal files and update service records accordingly
  • Input data in HRIS regarding sourcing candidate, recruitment, training, salary fixation, confirmation and annual assessment of workers and staffs
  • Assist Line Manager in assessing of training needs, in-house skill base training programs, orientation programs, etc.
  • Maintain disciplinary procedure and prepare final settlement bill, maternity benefit bill, etc.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Graduate from reputed University/ Preferred MBA in HRM/ Masters in Management from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years
