Job Description

  • Responsible for creating graphic & print direction board for brand like Zara, Mango, Guess, Esprit , C&A, H&M etc.
  • Executes against Brand Standards and Seasonal Graphics, while maintaining Brand consistency through evolution.
  • Conducts research and report on industry print and art related trend direction, color direction, and technique innovations.
  • Collaborates with copywriters, outside creative partners and marketing team on concepts against specific project directives.
  • Performs design prototypes for all graphic designs, mix media prints with appliqué and embroidery, and create new patterns, graphics, handwriting, logo designs, and related materials.
  • Coordinates with responsible designer in brands day-to-day creative updates and changes.
  • Attends/participates/leads in client meetings, subsequently presenting all projects to the client against the stated objectives.
  • Participate in new idea sessions and the possible development and execution of those ideas.
  • Delivers results within budget expectations and understand financial impact of collection decisions, current status and awareness of brand capabilities.
  • Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor of Fine Arts - Graphic Design preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to think outside the box and awareness of print and digital trends.
  • Ability to translate strategic brand objectives into powerful conceptual design communications.
  • Strong background in print production and page layout.
  • Strong knowledge about print, embroidery & digital printing technique.
  • Ability to provide rationale for executed work as defined by Creative Brief.
  • Strong knowledge of Computer design systems, including: Adobe, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to design within a project's budget parameters.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on deadlines and efficiency.
  • Experience creating brand specific designs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
