  • Recruitment as per requisition and vacancies
  • Staffing, allocation of production manpower as per IE
  • Joining, orientation and induction of new employees
  • Submit monthly planning and projection of manpower
  • Keep track of monthly employee appraisal
  • Track probation review and keep record
  • Prepare and circulate all kinds of company notices
  • Prepare presentations and reports of company activities
  • Prepare and record employee release procedure
  • Work under pressure

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management from public and reputed private institutions.
  • PGD HRM will be preferred as well

Job Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Good Written & Speaking skill in Bengali & English
  • Handy in MS Office application, specially excel and power point
  • Quick learning attitude
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong negotiation skill
