Ensure that all procedures in respect of grievance and discipline are followed in the correct fashion.
Guide management for developing, updating and reviewing existing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines for handling employee grievances in the best possible and appropriate manner.
MBA/ Masters preferably in HRM with very good academic track record from reputed institution.
At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following areas:General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement
Strong leadership, stress/crisis management & time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to develop HR policies & programs based on business requirements.
Highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
