Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Responsible for Sales & Application of Stridden Engineering Ltd. Cogeneration division product by ensuring cost effective solution through proper support and recommendation.
  • Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used
  • Communicate with the principal/s e.g.for technical issue and other required for the company's interest.
  • To deal with customers for Cooling and Heating and co-gen based product with necessary technical presentation and feasibility preparation.
  • Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales as well as application process.
  • Establish and maintaining strong positive relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information to Management and line by collecting, analysing, summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Candidate should be B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering & MBA from any reputed University or Institute.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10 years

Job Requirements:

  • Having at least 10 years in Sales & Service of Boiler and Chiller, services and application knowledge especially on utility based product ie. Cooling, heating and cogeneration sector in large reputed Local/ Multinational organization.
  • Capable to work under pressure to achieve the marketing & sales target
  • Should be self- motivated to enhance the overall sales, marketing and service
  • Knowledge about operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of cooling and heating equipment's.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
