Job Description

  • Operate PABX system of Head Office smoothly and efficiently.
  • Attend all incoming telephone calls and transfer the line to the desired extension number properly & accurately.
  • Immediately deliver the incoming important message to the concerned official received in his/her absence.
  • Promptly connect the outgoing calls requested by the officials.
  • Collect update and maintaining important PABX numbers of Concord Group of Companies.
  • Keep update the all the numbers of Ministry and Government offices of Bangladesh.
  • Update knowledge about the direct & extension telephone numbers of different officials of the organization.
  • Aware and update the knowledge about the business nature of different companies / departments of Concord Group for quick response to satisfy the queries of clients.
  • Be fully aware about the name, address, contact numbers of different govt. /semi-govt. offices/autonomous bodies, business houses and other agencies who are closely associated with the company's business.
  • Be reasonably aware of the basic information about ongoing projects of Concord Group of Companies to address the queries of the clients at different times.
  • Immediately inform the Admin department about any problem with PABX system at any time.
  • Maintain a register for record daily activities of PABX.
  • Deal with the in-house officials as well as any externals politely, gently & courteously.
  • Work at late hours as and when demanded by the job requirement.
  • Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

    Minimum Graduate form any reputed University

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Administration
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:Call Center, Group of Companies, Real Estate, Telecommunication

Job Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Office package
