The Director-Fundraising reports directly to the Executive Director and coordinates the activities with the Heads of other teams. The function includes but is not limited to the following duties:
Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations.
Regularly search and monitor donor websites, newspapers and other related sources to identify funding opportunities.
Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual/institutional donors to raise fund for the development activities of the organization.
Build relationship with different banks, multi-national companies, business sector for CSR fund and donor agencies, embassies for project-based grants.
Play a leading role and work closely with the team to develop Expression of Interest (EoI)/ concept notes, project ideas and project proposals and ensure their timely submission.
Improve and help develop communication materials for fundraising purpose such as brochure, website, DVD, poster etc.
Organize or assist in any fundraising events of the organization.
Analyze and compile necessary information for developing project concept note and proposal.
Actively pursue innovative ways of cooperation with donors to explore funding opportunities.
Make contract with individual consultant and other key stakeholders for developing project proposal.
Represent the organization in different forums, consortiums and alliances with a view to forming partnership with GOs, like-minded NGOs, INGOs, Universities and other stakeholders and jointly involve in fundraising.

Master's or above in any discipline
At most 5 years
Age 30 to 50 years
At least 5 years of experience in development sector.
Demonstrate ability to plan, execute and manage multi-task to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English is a must.
Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to attend to details.
Ability to find creative solutions to problems and negotiate with others.
Experienced in working in a team environment and as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Positive mindset to work with colleagues and collaborators from different cultural backgrounds.
Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software.
