Job Description

Responsibilities: Will receive a formal training on answering all sorts of bank related questions Act as the customer`s main point of contact to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately. Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive, and result Oriented Should be enthusiastic about finance.

Education Requirements: Graduate. Job requirement: Must be proficient in English as well as Bengali. Must know how to use Microsoft word/excel Must have a good communication skill Should be ready to take on any challenge. Must be a fast learner. Must have a time flexibility Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English. Willing to work as a team. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure (top priority will be given to people with job experience in Banking call centre or retail marketing/banking, with the knowledge of a good financial system and how banking product works )
