To counsel the workers about company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
To create awareness program to absentee workers & late workers in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
Counsel the inefficient workers and efficient workers are logging behind efficiency as referred by the line chief
To counsel the listed sewing operators who are responsible for alteration/repair
To make aware to workers on disciplinary issues, safety health & hygiene issues,productivity consciousness & quality assurance improvement.
To maintain record keeping registers, data records and registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the BU Head.
To provide assistance in due leave,social & cultural events,medical services, housing, canteen facilities and any other legal benefits as applicable by law
Maintaining registers (Maternity !eave, grievance handling, orientation, awareness programs,handling grievances)
