Job Description

  • Manage sales, prepare area wise sales target, formulate incentive for field force, monitor expense, set tour program and formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting
  • Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
  • Plan, develop, and implement sales operation in the organization
  • Ensure primary and secondary sales daily and forward it to Sales Admin Officer at head office
  • Develop strategic plan to exploit potential regional markets in the electrical sector and reduce credit note and overdue to zero level
  • Ensure effective and efficient credit management to maximize business result
  • Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market in order to get better performance
  • Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level
  • Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop Sales Supervisors, identify their training needs, and implement training programs to build up professionalism

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Sales
