Maintenance & Implement functions related to services to employees including Attendance, Leaves and Absenteeism etc.
Maintaining and updating the database of employees.
Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of certificates, issuing appointment letters, giving staff member & worker?s ID cards, ensure in filling up bank details and closing the joining formalities.
Listing out the absenteeism report on ten days & monthly basis.
Manage leave of employees as per company policy.
Handle wage and salary administration and overtime of the worker issues. Prepare monthly salary statement on time.
Coordinate with other department and offices in factory level.
Prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management.
Personal file maintenance of official documents in proper manner.
Maintain & update personnel record and other documents of all full time employees.
Clarifications on pay slips and other queries on pay package if any required.
Ensure that development and performance reviews are conducted according to schedule , in collaboration with department heads and supervisors
Assess staff concerns on compensation packages and initiate periodic review and revision.
Regularly review and update company internal policy.
Liaise with department heads on the development of up-to-date.
Arrange all kinds of training needed of the employee to make them effective capital for the company.
Properly distribute office circulars / notices, internal office memos etc.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Implement HR & Admin Policies in all levels of employees.
Involved in other administrative activities.
Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
