Job Description

To ensure overall Safety of the production process and entire Feed Mill. Assist maintaining safety norms to plan and monitor all operational & maintenance activities Monitor, Review & Check-up of all types of safety Instruments as regular and continuous process. Maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory compliance Review accidents, incidents and injuries, conduct field audits and manage through corrective actions. Perform all required environmental and safety training programs as well as demonstrates correct use of fire rules and extinguishers of employees to ensure competency of workforce is maintained as required. Maintain procedures for emergency situations by establishing medical response programs, site preparedness and emergency plans. Responsible for identification and evaluation of hazardous conditions by risk assessments and job hazard analysis and assessing potential magnitude of risk by incorporating engineering and/or administrative controls in the workplace of Feed Mill. Ensure that Contractor personnel working on the property are in compliance with the Contractor and Visitor Requirements Program Conducts monthly audits of the factory and office areas to assure compliance to safety policies. Develop and maintain Company Safety Manual and other safety record & registers, Policy, SOP etc. as per requirement. Monitor safety of Full Fire Fighting System. Ensure inventories of safety items are conducted and accurate records are maintained & Planning for procurement of safety material and equipment. Ensure Monthly safety data acquisition, management and their proper record in to the system (Sofi Safety Software). Prepare and maintain different types of reports and analysis like SHE Matrix, RIR, HIRA,TIR,Safety Audit Report, UAUC etc. Conduct monthly safety meeting and other SHE Meeting as per requirement and their proper documentation and implementation. Drive required steps to ensure Health Safety, Fire Safety, Chemical Safety , Environmental Safety & machine safety (Boiler,DG/GG, Grinding machine, welding machine, Extruder etc.) for all employees including contractors of the Feed Mill. Assist in executing all administrative activities of Feed Mill as per instruction. Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: B.Sc in ME/ EEE/ IPE/ Chemical etc from any UGC approved reputed University/ Institute. MBA in HR will be considered an added advantage. Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years Job Requirements: At least 3 to 5 years experiences in SHE Operation in any reputed organization. Excellent Technical & Communication skills Conversant in Ms Office (Word, Excel & Power point) Excellent analytical and presentation skills Mentality to travel around the country.
