Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the security section.
  • Practical experience about safety & security of man & materials.
  • Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of an industry.
  • Overall responsibility for all the security staffs activities.
  • To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
  • All physical security to all the section of the Company.
  • To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties.
  • Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
  • Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
  • Look after the CC TV camera for factory.
  • Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency.

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum H.S.C
  • Retired Army(Sergeant) will be preferable

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Security
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Security Service, Textile

  • Age 20 to 35 years
