Responsible for Sales & Business development of Sami Direct Products in allocated region
Will take care of all Product (Nutra & Johara®) training needs for the region and hence will be the brand custodian for the region.
Must be an effective planner & strategist with proven abilities in influencing the category sales with training.
Must be a subject matter experts while directing enterprise initiatives.
Responsible for overall creating measurable modules /events and implementing the same in the right geography to the right distributor base and thereby being accountable for the region’s both top line and bottom-line growth.
Must have demonstrated abilities in executing marketing and brand promotion activities for accelerating the business growth by establishing a strong dealer network for the same.
Determining training needs for Distributors and designing / conducting customized training programs to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity.
Training Modules: Product Knowledge workshop, skin care classes, demonstrations, events, outdoor iniative, exhibitions and other BTL activities.
Mentor women leadership in the region through effective marketing of the Business opportunity
Will be interface between Distributor and Brand team to share ongoing feedback on products and promotions.
Will address all Distributor queries on products.
Will share monthly report to Regional Manager and Brand on all the monthly training activities.
Sales trends and targets.
