The Graphic Designer is responsible for independently creating, designing, and managing collateral material for multiple lines of business in a fast-paced environment. Material includes logos, print ads, brochures, flyers, posters, visual aids, and other items as needed. This role performs a wide range of creative functions, including development, layout, design, and production. Also, you will be responsible for maintaining brand guidelines and appropriately managing workload and deadlines.
Consults with company leaders to obtain information on company campaigns, segments, and

Participate in Scrum-based meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives,
planning sessions, backlog grooming and sizing sessions.
Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
Presents new concepts, layouts, logos, etc., to the team.
Manages document flow with internal and external clients or parties and vendors.
Design and layout of print materials (direct mail postcards, catalogs, mailers, etc.).
Copywriting and editing for marketing collateral and advertising.
Must be comfortable with phone, e-mail and web meetings.
Must be able to take direction and follow through.
